Who handles the data

What we collect
Your email, when you ask for the diagnostic. The six answers of the brief, if you give them. The case you picked, if you picked one.
Nothing else. There is no phone field and no budget question.
What for
To answer you and write the assessment. We do not sell or pass anything to anyone for advertising.
On what ground
Steps taken at your request before a contract: Article 6(1)(b) GDPR. If you write without asking for anything, it is our legitimate interest in answering, Article 6(1)(f).
How long it stays
Requests with no follow-up are deleted twenty-four months after the last exchange. If the work goes ahead, invoicing stays for as long as the law requires.
Who else touches it
Supabase, the database where the request sits. Resend, which sends the assessment emails. Vercel, which hosts the site.
iCloud Mail, from Apple, which receives hello@oneother.io. None of them uses what is yours for anything else.
Counting visits
We count visits with Vercel Web Analytics. No cookies, no tracking across sites and the number that counts your visit is a daily digest that is dropped at the end of the day. Vercel also measures how fast the page loads on each visit, without cookies.
Asking for the diagnostic counts one event too: the page you asked from, the case you picked and whether the email went out. Never your email.
Kept in your browser
Six things stay on your own device. Four come from the site: the light or dark theme you chose, the opening curtain that runs once per session, the case you clicked and the draft of your answers while you write them. The other two come from the Lab: the questions as you go through them and the figure you draw.
None of it leaves on its own. The case and the answers only reach us when you send them with the request.
That is why there is no banner. Clear them in your browser settings whenever you like.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete what we hold, ask for a copy and object to the processing. Write to hello@oneother.io and we answer within thirty days. If you think we got it wrong, you can complain to the Portuguese data protection authority, the CNPD.
